Start by stretching, thoroughly. I cannot stress enough how important it is to stretch before working out, plus it makes you feel great.
Then here’s what to do after stretching;
2 laps to loosen up
warm up: 2 miles on bike(or 10 minutes,) resistance 6
2 lap jog
cardio: 15-30 minutes on eliptical (personal preference,) resitance 7
2 lap jog
endurance: 5 minute stair step (to beat of fast-paced song, the faster/harder the better. I use Rasputin by Turisas… click here to listen ) resistance 5
2 lap cool down
It’s simple but I’ve been doing it and I think it’s been giving pretty good results. i’m going to work more into it as time goes on but this is a beginner work out. :) Try to do this 3 times a week to start.
